How to create an Aircloud URL & account for your customer and assign the Airtag to your customer

1) Create a subtenant and URL for your customer


Click Show Menu on the top left. Choose Tenants tab.




Click Add on the top right to create a subtenant for your customer. 


Enter your customer's information.

  • Name: put the customer’s company name here (e.g. amazon). A URL under Information will be generated automatically based on the name you put here (e.g. amazon.aircloud.airmatics.net)
  • Parent tenant: Select your own companies tenant as the parent. You will have full access to any devices on your customers subtenant, however, they will not have access to any devices on the "parent" tenant.
  • Subscribed Users: no need to add user email at this time.



Click Save after you finish. 


2) Create a user account


Click Show Menu on the top left. Choose Users tab.




Click Add on the top right to add a new user.


Enter information of the person you want to add.

  • Login: use your customer’s email 
  • Email: use your customer’s email (Email and Login should be the same.)
  • Tenant: choose the subtenant that you just created. For example, “amazon” is the subtenant.
  • Role: choose User role
  • Enter company name, phone, and address. 
  • Choose Format and Units. 





Click Save after you finish. 


3) Assign the Airtag to the subtenant


Click Show Menu on the top left. Choose Devices tab.




You’ll see a list of device under Devices tab. Click Edit on the Airtag you want to assign to your subtenant.

Under Device properties tab, click ‘Choose tenant’, then select the subtenant you just created.




Click Save.
