No Power display on Aircloud

In order to discuss troubleshooting methods when the displayed power is missing or incorrect, it's important to first understand where the power reading on Aircloud comes from.

As explained in the article, the incoming kW will be calculated from the current and voltage which are measured values. These measurements come from a set of voltage probes and CT's which are installed on the compressors incoming power cables.

When there's no power measurement seen on Aircloud, the first step is always to verify that these probes and CT's are properly installed according to the AIR-TAG Installation Guide (refer to sections 18 through 20)
Common installation errors include:
  1. L1, L2, and L3 orientation is incorrect
  2. CT's are not securely clamped around the cable
  3. CT orientation is not correct (note the arrow on the side needs to point in the direction of the current flow)
  4. CTs are not installed in the right place / location in the electrical power network. Be sure to double check the wiring diagram shared in the installation manual.
To ensure accurate kW values it's also important to set up your device correctly on Aircloud. Always fill in the performance data in the device settings of your Airtag, you may refer to this article on how to do this: How can I adjust the performance of my compressor

It's important that you have the correct CT Rating selected. The CT rating is best found on the label of the CT themselves. You may also refer to this table for common CT sizes relational to compressor nominal power
