TAG power supply led is not illuminated

If the power LED of your TAG isn't illuminated, you can check the following points where the power supply may be derived from:
  1. Check the asset power supply (or auxiliary TAG/Gateway power supply if applicable)
  2. Check fuses / MCB
  3. Check the power supply connections to the TAG
