How can I adjust my “Service Timers”?

How can I adjust my “Service Timers”?

Q:    How can I adjust my service counters on the Aircloud?

A:    You can only adjust these settings when you have a ADMIN account.

By following the steps described below you will be able to change the “alert settings”

1)    Go to the Aircloud platform and login.

2)    Open the menu by selecting the “Show menu” icon in the top left

3)    In the menu table you choose for the option “Device”.

4)    On this page you need to find your device, the one you want to configure.

You can search your device by using the “device name” or by using the “external ID”.

5)    When you have found the device, press the “edit” icon.

6)    This is the page that will pop-up.

       Choose the option “Service Counters”

NOTE:    To activate the service counter you need to have a blue slider next to Service Counter you want to use.

If this it isn't the case, it isn't possible to adjust the settings for that service counter because everything will stay grey out.

These are the details you need to complete

-    Count Name = name of the service maintenance .

-    Period = Is the Period of Time when service needs to be done.

-    Pre-warning = Is to create an Alarm/warning condition before the service hours timer reaches 0.

-    Time left = Real Time left before Period time will be expired. Note that this value will be negative once the timer has surpassed 0.

7)    When the Service Counters have been modified, don’t forget to save the settings.

Press the save button which is located in the upper right corner of your screen.
