How can I adjust my “Service Timers”?

Q:    How can I adjust my service counters on the Aircloud?

A:    You can only adjust these settings when you have a ADMIN account.

       By following the steps described below you will be able to change the “alert settings”


1)    Go to the Aircloud platform and login.

2)    Open the menu by selecting the “Show menu” icon in the top left




3)    In the menu table you choose for the option “Device”.




4)    On this page you need to find your device, the one you want to configure.

       You can search your device by using the “device name” or by using the “external ID”.

5)    When you have found the device, press the “edit” icon.

6)    This is the page that will pop-up.

       Choose the option “Service Counters” 



NOTE:    To activate the service counter you need to have a blue check mark next to “Enabled” (Like in the example above)

              Otherwise it’s not possible to adjust the settings in the service counters because everything will stay grey out.


These are the details you need to complete

-    Discription = name of the service maintenance .

-    Period = Is the Period of Time when service need to be done.

-    Pre-warning = Is to create an Alarm/warning condition before the service hours timer has been decrements to 0.

-    Value = Real Time left before Period time will be expired.


7)    When the Compressor alert settings have been modified, don’t forget to save the settings.

       Press the save button which is located in the upper right corner of your screen.
